The things you want to know before you send a job
How fast is the turnaround, really?
Feasibility Studies are delivered within a week of receiving a complete brief. Working Drawings and council documentation vary with the size of the job, so we confirm a delivery date when we quote and hold to it.
What format do the drawings come in?
Every job is delivered as PDF for lodgement and printing, plus editable DWG so your own team, your engineer or your certifier can work directly in the file. If you need a particular title block, layer convention or sheet size, tell us in the brief.
Will the drawings pass council?
Approval is the council's decision, so nobody can promise it honestly. What we do is produce drawings to the standard each Queensland council asks for, and we know where they differ. We tell you which pathway applies before we draw, which is where most rework gets avoided.
Do you work outside the Gold Coast and Brisbane?
Yes. We started in regional Queensland and still work across the state, plus the Northern Rivers in New South Wales. Most jobs are handled remotely from your photos, measurements and surveys, with a site visit available where the job needs one.
What happens when my client changes their mind mid-drawing?
We revise it. Clients change their minds, and a set of drawings that ignores that is a set nobody can build from. Scope changes that alter the job materially are quoted before we proceed, so you are never surprised by the invoice.
How are Feasibility Studies priced and what do I get?
Single storey $1,500, double storey $2,000, with a site visit at $300 where it is needed, all plus GST. You get early sketches and material quantification within a week, which is enough to decide whether to commit the time to a full quote.
